Tour Plan: A Step-by-Step Journey
Your Una River Itinerary
This is a focused and action-packed adventure, typically offered twice a day in peak season.
Your day starts at the designated rafting agency office or camp. You will meet your skipper, get a preview of the thrilling trip ahead, and leave your dry clothes and valuables in a safe place.
You will be fitted with your full rafting gear. Once everyone is ready, a short transport takes you into the heart of Una National Park to the start of your rafting route, just below the mighty Štrbački Buk waterfall.
At the river's edge, with the roar of the waterfall behind you, your skipper will give a detailed safety briefing. You will learn the commands and how to paddle as a team. Then, it is time to launch into the emerald water.
For the next few hours, it is pure whitewater action. You will work with your team to navigate the Una's famous rapids, paddling through the most beautiful and exciting part of the canyon.
Your journey ends at the village of Lohovo. Tired but buzzing with adrenaline, you will be met by your transport and driven back to the starting point, where you can change and share stories of your adventure.
