Your Tara River Rafting Itinerary
This is a classic full-day adventure, perfected by the camps along the river.
Your day begins at your chosen rafting camp near Foča. You will be welcomed with a hearty, traditional breakfast to fuel you for the adventure ahead.
You will meet your skippers and get fitted into your professional rafting gear. A short but scenic off-road drive then takes you to Brštanovica, the starting point of your rafting expedition.
After a comprehensive safety talk from your head skipper, you will push off into the Tara's emerald waters. The next 3-4 hours are pure whitewater excitement as you navigate the canyon's most thrilling section.
Your rafting journey ends at the camp. After changing into dry clothes, a delicious and generous traditional lunch will be served, often featuring local specialties cooked over an open fire. This is the perfect time to relax, share stories, and celebrate your accomplishment.
