Often, yes – but availability depends on the season and activity. It’s best to book a few days in advance, especially for popular experiences or weekends.
Yes – most guides speak English well. Some also speak German, French, or Italian. If language is important, just let us know when booking.
Logistics
Yes. Many tours include pickup, and if not, we’ll help organise a transfer or guide you to the meeting point.
No paperwork needed. Your booking is confirmed digitally, and your guide will have your details.
It varies slightly by tour partner, but generally:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
- Full refund if weather forces a cancellation We’re flexible – just talk to us.
Gear & Safety
Yes – helmets, harnesses, snowshoes, kayaks… whatever the activity requires. If you need to bring anything specific, we’ll tell you up front.
Yes. All activities that involve risk (rafting, climbing, etc.) include insurance through the licensed guide or operator.
Let your guide know. Most routes can be adapted, and we’d rather adjust than push you into something that feels wrong.
